Getting Started

How do I start tracking a ride?

Tap the 'Start New Ride' button on the dashboard. Make sure GPS and location permissions are enabled.

Can I track rides in the background?

Yes! PedalPro continues tracking even when your phone is locked or the app is in the background.

How do I pause or stop a ride?

Tap the pause button during your ride. To stop completely, tap the stop button and your ride will be saved.

Premium Features

What's included in Premium?

Premium includes unlimited ride storage, competitive segments, advanced analytics, GPX export, and more.

How do I start my free trial?

Go to your profile and tap 'Upgrade to Premium'. You'll get 7 days free, then it auto-renews.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Privacy & Data

Is my data private?

Yes! You can set your profile and rides as private, friends-only, or public in your privacy settings.

How do I export my data?

Premium users can export rides as GPX, TCX, or FIT files from the ride summary screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the 'Delete Account' tab to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.

Troubleshooting

GPS not working?

Make sure Location Services are enabled for PedalPro in Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

Ride didn't save?

PedalPro auto-saves every 2 minutes. If you accidentally closed the app, you can recover your ride from the recovery prompt.

Battery draining fast?

GPS tracking uses battery. Consider using Low Power Mode or bringing a battery pack for long rides.
